Our all new V3 is now available at $6,995.  Exclusive to the V3 will still feature polished aluminum facades, but each V3 will have lifetime rust-proof protection, painted dark gunmetal grey, more agressive tire traction surfaces, and new customized turnbuckles.  The V3 platforms will accommodate XL-SUV's and super luxury passenger cars with extra long wheelbases.  Weight load capacity of 13,000 pounds. SlipNOT
RAMPBOSS-USA has incorporated SlipNOT® Grid Grip® (3/4 No. 9 flattened expanded metal) to our V1 & V2 ramp surfaces. It is generally used to retrofit over existing dangerously slick gratings creating a safe, productive walking surface. Grid Grip provides vital traction necessary to increase safety with a minimum of weight and surface area.Hence, the sharp pointed peaks grip the tire as it is driven upon. SlipNOT is a plasma stream deposition process applying molten metal to a metalsubstrate.

This patented process and products result in a unique random hatch matrix surface that provides the longest life and maximum slip-resistance available. SlipNOT is bonded to the basesubstrate at over 4,000 psi and results in a surface hardness of 62 on the Rockwell "C" scale. This combination of file hard surface and unparalleled bond strength gives SlipNOT� its longevity and durability.

Herculean Turnbuckles
All V1's are equipped with special 1-inch threaded Norwegian turnbuckles. These large "rigging screws" are designed with 2-inch diameter "Closed Body" take up barrels that provides exceptional twist torque leverage making the RAMPBOSS system easier to operate, and safe. All new V3's will come standard equipped with customized husky 1-1/4 inch "Closed Body" turnbuckles.

We recommend that turnbuckles get cleaned regularly, and replaced every three to five years depending on environmental conditions and amount of use. RAMPBOSS-USA carries all replacement parts and accessories for your convenience.
